Black and Blue

So I got this dress last summer from TJ Maxx for like $14. Sorry about the blur my camera has its moments. I love the blue color in this dress and get tons of compliments on it when I wear it. It just a very simple tube top dress with the starfish necklace my boyfriend got me for my birthday last Sept.
