$10 Dress

To me looks like a dress Express carried last year that came with a black belt.  I am sure there version was around $89. Retail price on this was $25. Will also style it for fall and post pics soon. I want to style it with a black jacket and my dark purple pumps for Fall and then show a picture of how to wear it in the Spring. Since we are the home of ECU pirate (Purple and Gold) I will do a look with that also! Any other ideals please feel free to post.
